Senior Project Manager - Transformation Design & Execution

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services' Transformation Design & Execution team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work with US clients and help them turn strategy into results across Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk & Compliance and ERP. You will set up governance such as Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) or PMOs, and guide a team through demand intake, budgeting, portfolio planning, execution, scheduling, risk and issue management, resource management, value planning, KPI definition, performance reporting and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with US teams and functional leaders to align strategy, controls and outcomes across Cyber, Finance, Risk and ERP initiatives.
• Define functional operating models and governance for TMO/PMO/EPMO, and track performance, status reporting and value realization.
• Drive portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, execution and benefits tracking with clear RAID logs.
• Configure PPM tools (Planview/Clarity), integrate Jira/Azure DevOps/MS Project and enforce data quality.
• Facilitate Scrum/SAFe/Kanban ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Build executive reporting and dashboards, set KPIs and control-health metrics.
• Embed SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR/CCPA, and support testing and audit readiness.
• Lead communications, training, hypercare and adoption metrics.
• Support pursuits and produce SteerCo packs, TOMs, roadmaps and playbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex programs in consulting or industry, with hands-on exposure to Cyber, Finance, Risk & Compliance or ERP.
• Experience in several of: PMO/EPMO/TMO design and operations, program road-mapping and capacity management, PMO maturity assessments, transformation office and benefits realization, end-to-end portfolio management, and end-to-end ERP implementation (Fit/Gap to Hypercare).
• At least 1 year of external client-facing consulting experience, including managing client relationships.
• Ability to flex working hours to support US-based collaboration.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Planview/Clarity (or equivalent SPM/PPM), Jira or Azure DevOps, and MS Project/Primavera.
• Ability to build in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Exposure to ServiceNow GRC/ITSM, Archer/OneTrust, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Anaplan is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM/Scrum, SAFe, Six Sigma, CRISC, CISM/CISSP or ERP certifications are a plus.
