Senior Product Manager - SAP ERP Integrations

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Product Manager, SAP ERP Integrations, to define, design, and deliver the SAP ERP integration strategy for Veeva Quality applications used by leading life‑sciences companies. The role focuses on simplifying complex integration challenges and accelerating the delivery of new therapies to market.

Key responsibilities

• Bring simplicity to complex problems through innovative features that enable seamless SAP ERP integration with Vault Quality applications.
• Author high‑quality design specifications within an agile methodology.
• Prioritize feature development based on strategic initiatives, customer requirements, and internal technical needs.
• Interact with customers, professional services, strategy, and sales to understand business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to drive high‑quality product feature implementation.
• Act as product evangelist and subject‑matter expert for internal stakeholders and external customers.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a product manager, business analyst, or consultant.
• 5+ years SAP integration experience on major implementation projects in supply chain and process manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of integration strategies including APIs, EDI, and RF.
• Experience interacting with customers, development, consulting, and sales teams.
• Strong technical skills to translate business requirements into design documents.
• Demonstrated abilities in design, product development, and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
• Based in the Eastern Time zone (or within one hour offset).
