Senior Product Manager

About the role

Relay is a digital banking platform helping small‑business owners gain clarity and control over their cash flow. As a Senior Product Manager you will own a major product area, taking new features from concept to launch and scaling existing solutions that impact thousands of entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product development for core banking, risk, AI insights, payroll or similar areas.
• Launch and iterate high‑priority products, ensuring simple, intuitive and trustworthy experiences.
• Drive integrations with banking, accounting and payment platforms to improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Data, Operations, Sales, Marketing and CX to ensure reliable, secure and well‑adopted releases.
• Define product vision, roadmap and KPIs, using data and customer insights to guide decisions.

Required profile

• At least five years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products at scale.
• Proven ability to own a product area and influence broader strategy.
• Strong data competency and ability to write basic SQL queries for decision‑making.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments while bringing structure and clarity.
