Senior Product Manager, Growth

About the role

Relay is a digital banking platform helping self‑made business owners manage cash flow and grow their businesses. As Senior Product Manager, Growth (Activation), you will own the journey from first login to funded, habitual use, driving activation metrics and revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the post‑signup experience to accelerate first funded transactions.
• Diagnose and close gaps where customers drop between account approval, funding, and first payment.
• Build and run an experimentation engine for continuous activation testing.
• Drive adoption of sticky products (multiple accounts, cards, bill pay, integrations) by delivering the right experience at the right moment.
• Partner with Risk and Operations to minimize friction from KYC and fraud controls.
• Craft a shared narrative and roadmap that aligns leadership, Marketing, and CX around activation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven record of moving funnel or lifecycle metrics.
• Direct experience in activation, onboarding, or early‑lifecycle work in a product‑led business.
• Strong data competency, self‑serving metrics and writing SQL.
• Fluent in experimentation and A/B testing methodology.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
