Senior Manager, Talent Marketing

About the role

Swissport is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Marketing to shape and execute its U.S. recruitment marketing strategy. You will lead high‑volume talent attraction initiatives, employer branding, digital campaigns and analytics to build sustainable pipelines across airport locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national recruitment marketing strategy aligned with workforce priorities and hiring needs.
• Translate hiring goals into market‑specific plans for seasonal demand, new operations and critical staffing.
• Lead, coach and develop the Talent Marketing Specialist, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
• Analyze local labor markets, demographics and competition to create targeted recruitment approaches.
• Manage digital recruitment channels (Indeed, Appcast, social media, job boards), overseeing targeting, messaging, budgets and optimization.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (cost per applicant, interview, hire) and continuously improve ROI.
• Strengthen Swissport’s employer brand through compelling messaging, employee stories and community partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition branding.
• Ability to connect marketing activities with measurable hiring outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret labor market data and recruitment metrics.
• Leadership experience managing a specialist or small team.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership.
