Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruiting function during a period of rapid global growth. This hands‑on leadership position partners directly with executives, founders, and functional leaders to build world‑class teams across engineering, product, infrastructure, and go‑to‑market functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand a high‑performing talent acquisition team responsible for technical and non‑technical hiring.
• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and design recruiting strategies that support aggressive growth goals.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes that deliver speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Drive high‑caliber hiring in competitive technical markets such as distributed systems, machine learning infrastructure, and AI platform engineering.
• Mentor and develop recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and high standards.
• Implement data‑driven recruiting practices, including pipeline metrics, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership on employer brand strategy and positioning within the AI ecosystem.

Required profile

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years managing recruiters or leading talent acquisition teams.
• Proven experience building recruiting functions within high‑growth technology companies.
• Track record of high‑volume hiring while maintaining exceptional talent quality.
• Strong partnership skills with executive leadership and hiring managers across technical organizations.
• Ability to recruit and close highly sought‑after technical talent in competitive markets.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving startup environments where priorities evolve quickly.
