Senior Manager, Retail Performance & Operations

About the role

Barton Perreira is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Retail Performance and Operations across its luxury eyewear stores. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational leadership to drive commercial results, elevate the client experience, and strengthen the brand’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement retail strategies that boost sales growth, profitability and market share.
• Analyse market trends, client behavior and competitive landscape to identify performance‑optimising opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align retail initiatives with overall brand objectives.
• Identify and execute retail expansion opportunities, including new store openings and strategic market development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, landlords and partners.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing retail team across all locations, fostering a culture of excellence and client‑centricity.
• Ensure the highest level of client experience, implementing clienteling strategies and feedback mechanisms.
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising and store standards to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor retail performance through KPIs and reporting, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting market data and KPIs.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Commitment to delivering a luxury client experience and upholding brand standards.
