Senior Manager, Income Tax Reporting & Provision

About the role

The Senior Manager, Income Tax Reporting & Provision leads the income tax provision and related financial reporting under U.S. GAAP (ASC 740) for the North America Zone. This individual contributor role owns monthly, quarterly and annual tax provision, disclosures and audit support, partnering closely with Tax Strategy and Tax Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review the income tax provision on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including current and deferred tax calculations and ETR analysis.
• Develop ASC 740 disclosures, roll‑forwards and supporting schedules for financial statements.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors on income tax matters and provide technical accounting memoranda.
• Coordinate with Tax Operations (Compliance) to align tax returns with provision and improve processes, controls and documentation.
• Support automation initiatives and reporting enhancements for the tax function.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in tax provision or tax accounting for large, complex organizations.
• Strong technical expertise in ASC 740 income tax accounting.
• Experience leading discussions with auditors and defending accounting positions.
• CPA preferred; a Master of Science in Taxation or JD is a plus.
