Operational Auditor

About the role

Join Nestlé Internal Audit, a global team that provides risk‑based assurance and insight across iconic brands. The Operational Auditor will help protect organizational value by evaluating processes, controls, and compliance in various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute risk‑based audits of business units, factories, head offices, and processes.
• Evaluate operational effectiveness and efficiency of processes and controls.
• Review compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure reliability of reporting, confidentiality of information, and safeguarding of assets.
• Leverage digital technologies for audit testing of key internal control areas.
• Identify and recommend control enhancements and process improvements.
• Communicate findings, present audit results to stakeholders, and agree on corrective‑action timelines.
• Maintain and update audit programs, manuals, and tools.
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on assignment needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems/IT, Accounting or a comparable field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience (including internships) with strong business acumen, preferably in internal audit.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75 % of the time, including international travel.
