Senior Logistics Replenishment Analyst

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Replenishment Logistics supports end‑to‑end basing logistics planning and execution, translating planning signals into actionable operating plans and monitoring performance against service and cost targets. Serving as a subject‑matter expert for ocean network operations, the role drives strategic improvements, identifies risks and opportunities, and partners with brewery, winery, supply‑chain, and logistics teams to ensure reliable product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate basing logistics plans and operating schedules across replenishment, warehousing and fulfillment to meet service, cost and inventory targets.
• Monitor execution versus plan, identify constraints and drive recovery actions with functional owners.
• Build and maintain performance reporting (service, fill rate, on‑time delivery, inventory health, transportation cost, transit time, velocity, working capital) using ERP/WMS/TMS data.
• Lead ocean network planning and execution, analyze cost, transit reliability and container velocity, and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination with logistics, supply‑chain planning, customer management, carriers and 3PLs to resolve issues and align capacity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain action logs and drive closure across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using ERP/WMS/TMS outputs.
