Senior Implementation Manager (RPO) – Hybrid

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager (RPO) to lead end‑to‑end delivery of recruitment process outsourcing solutions for new and existing clients. The role combines project management, process design, technology enablement and change‑management to ensure successful client outcomes in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as project manager, leading the full implementation lifecycle for RPO solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshop planning and process mapping with clients and internal teams.
• Design and document future‑state processes, technology configurations and best practices.
• Lead or support change‑management, training, and communication planning and execution.
• Manage detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables and project meetings.
• Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, providing post‑launch stabilization.
• Identify risks, track issues and drive creative solutions for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in RPO implementation, talent acquisition operations or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑region or global programs.
• Subject‑matter expertise in process mapping, change management and ATS/recruiting technologies.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools (e.g., SmartSheet) and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong client‑relationship and cross‑functional consensus building skills.
• Flexible schedule, willingness to support global timelines and travel as needed.
• Agile, innovative and strategic thinker with excellent communication abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary range $73,875 – $98,500 per year.
