About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead payroll operations and support core recruitment activities in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive U.S. payroll experience and a proactive approach to HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end U.S. payroll processing, coordinating with vendors and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and support audits and reporting requirements.
- Partner with Finance for payroll reconciliation and month‑end close activities.
- Drive full‑cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS, support benefits administration, and manage lifecycle changes (onboarding, transfers, exits).
- Ensure HR policies comply with U.S. labor laws and contribute to HR reporting and ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- 10+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with U.S. payroll processing, preferably multi‑state.
- Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and payroll compliance.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
