Senior Fullstack Engineer – Core Products

About the role

Clair is building a digital banking platform that lets hourly workers get paid the moment they clock out. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on the Core Products team you will own features end‑to‑end, embed AI‑native capabilities, and help shape the architecture that powers real‑time payroll for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end product ownership: partner with design, product, and data teams to define strategy and deliver features.
• Build with AI & agents: architect and deploy AI‑driven workflows and autonomous agents.
• System‑wide architecture: design resilient, low‑latency systems that feed clean events to downstream pipelines.
• Measure business impact: instrument metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on real user behavior.

Required profile

• Proven ability to own features from concept to launch and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience integrating AI models and agentic workflows into production systems.
• Strong product and business acumen, prioritising user impact over technical cleverness.
• Deep understanding of event‑driven, scalable architectures and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
