Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Confiant is looking for a tenured Full Stack Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join its Core Engineering Team. You will own high‑scale, high‑availability systems that power core business functions and customer‑facing admin interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable applications using well‑defined architectural patterns.
• Rapidly debug and resolve production issues.
• Solve complex technical problems and reduce system complexity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design and product management.
• Implement innovative solutions in both existing and greenfield products.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end product lifecycles, from research to on‑call support.
• Strong track record of contributing to core projects and experimental initiatives.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages; expert in at least one of Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
• In‑depth understanding of modern software engineering paradigms such as object‑oriented design, functional programming, and design patterns.
