Senior Finance Analyst – Intragroup Accounting Operations

About the role

As a Senior Finance Analyst in Intragroup Accounting Operations, you will oversee onshore and offshore intragroup accounting activities, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, settlement, elimination and reporting of related‑party transactions for Nestlé’s U.S. operating companies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert for intragroup accounting, ensuring compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
• Lead resolution of aged intragroup balances and reconciliation exceptions through root‑cause analysis.
• Identify and implement opportunities for standardization, automation and digital enablement of accounting processes.
• Support legal entity rationalization initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and SAP de‑consolidation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum four years of progressive experience in accounting or finance operations, preferably in a shared‑service or multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel, including data visualization or automation tools.
