Senior Engineer – Digital Distribution & Enterprise Engineering

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the implementation of a new client communications solution on the Vermillion Reporting Services platform. You will replace legacy systems, enable rapid creation of rich client communications, and help drive the firm’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Develop project estimates, create and manage detailed work plans.
• Provide guidance to team members, answer technical questions, and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Lead a team of engineers, overseeing development, mentoring, and product delivery management.
• Adhere to departmental standards for design, development, and quality control.
• Produce major deliverables such as technical design documentation and implement business solutions on the Vermillion platform.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience managing project estimates and delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
