Professor – AI Model Training & Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Professor to join our remote team and help train AI chat‑bot models. You will design writing and editing tasks for the bots, assess their outputs, and provide feedback to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing, editing, and content‑development tasks to AI chat‑bots.
• Evaluate the bots' responses for correctness, logical consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
• Measure progress of each model and report performance metrics.
• Identify problem areas and suggest improvements to enhance model output.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
