Senior Endpoint Engineer

About the role

Trilon is building a technology‑enabled future and needs a senior technical owner for its workplace endpoint ecosystem. Reporting to the Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations, you will lead the design, modernization, and reliable operation of endpoint management across Windows, Apple devices, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and the enterprise copier/plotter fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical leadership, architecture reviews, and practical guidance without direct‑report responsibilities.
• Establish platform priorities, service ownership, technical standards, cross‑training, escalation coverage, and an executable roadmap aligned with enterprise infrastructure and security strategy.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for enterprise endpoint management, setting technical direction and reviewing engineering work.
• Own endpoint engineering documentation, change control, testing and rollback standards, support handoffs, knowledge transfer, and cross‑training.
• Define and maintain enterprise standards for Windows endpoints, including configuration profiles, security baselines, compliance policies, assignment groups, role‑based access, and policy exceptions.
• Design and own Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot architecture, covering OEM registration, deployment profiles, pre‑provisioning, enrollment status page design, reset and redeployment workflows, and zero‑touch readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior technical‑lead roles for endpoint management.
• Ability to influence architecture and standards across a large, distributed workforce.
• Strong documentation, change‑control, and knowledge‑transfer skills.
• Experience working as an individual contributor within a high‑performing engineering team.
