Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will own the design, implementation, and operation of the infrastructure that powers our platform at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters, Helm deployments, and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Crossplane.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases.
• Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Manage data pipelines and database services such as Aurora, Snowflake, and CDC pipelines.
• Partner with the Director of Engineering to define and execute the infrastructure strategy.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with ArgoCD, GitOps principles, and Crossplane.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and scripting with Bash and Python.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with data infrastructure (Snowflake, Aurora, CDC pipelines) and cloud cost optimization.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $150,000‑$170,000 per year.
