Senior Consultant – Property & Casualty Insurance

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to advise Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients across North America. You will partner with senior business and IT leaders to drive digital transformation, process re‑imagination, and platform modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements that span AI, embedded insurance, and touchless claims solutions.
• Design and implement modernization programs, including legacy system migration and digitization of the P&C value chain.
• Manage client relationships at senior levels, delivering high‑quality outputs on time and mentoring junior team members.
• Conduct business analysis, root‑cause assessments, and develop future‑state designs using design‑thinking techniques.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in P&C insurance products (personal, property, and commercial lines).
• Background in product development, claims management, and distribution management.
• Proven track record delivering digital transformation or platform implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business‑analytics tools.
