Senior Consultant – Post‑Implementation

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to provide post‑implementation support for its Quality Cloud Services suite. This remote, full‑time position helps life‑science customers optimize their QMS, document management and training solutions after go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑go‑live administrative support for multiple clients.
• Configure Vault applications (workflows, document types, security, fields, layouts, notifications) to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with quality processes such as SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, change control, audits and training.
• Perform bulk import/export of content and data and maintain production and sandbox environments.
• Deliver ad‑hoc training for users and administrators and create regular or custom reports.
• Analyze and deploy new product features and support customers during internal or event‑related travel.

Required profile

• 8+ years configuring, supporting or implementing software in life‑sciences, healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong customer‑service or consulting background with ability to understand and articulate client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational agility to switch tasks quickly and manage expectations.
• Experience managing customer relationships and delivering solutions remotely.
