Senior Consultant – Life Sciences Events Management Software Implementation

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead implementations of its Vault CRM Events Management solution for life‑sciences customers. You will deliver compliant, end‑to‑end event management systems that accelerate product launches and support advisory board activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a “Keep It Simple” mindset, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Execute software implementations using best practices, standardized packages and automation tools to deliver fast, high‑quality deployments.
• Configure solutions on the Vault Platform, manage data migration and validation, and integrate the full event lifecycle.
• Collaborate with strategy, product, solution consulting and account partners to ensure smooth handoffs and feed feedback into product direction.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS/cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Deep understanding of life‑sciences commercial event operations and strong technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines and data integration.
• Proven consultative and presentation skills, able to lead discovery workshops and communicate complex architecture simply.
• Self‑starter with operational discipline, high attention to detail and willingness to travel 25‑30%.
