Senior Community Manager – North Bethesda

About the role

The Senior Community Manager oversees the daily operations of multiple multifamily properties, leading on‑site teams to achieve financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of two or more assigned properties, including staffing, maintenance, and resident services.
• Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates and fee structures to meet targeted revenue objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate property staff to maintain high performance and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management, preferably overseeing multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to meet budgetary and revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
