Senior Community Manager – Broadstone Bryson

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Community Manager for the Broadstone Bryson community in Leander, Texas. The role oversees daily operations, team leadership, and financial performance to ensure a high‑quality living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Maintain petty cash, control expenditures, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Oversee lease administration, including applicant approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Monitor market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community or property management, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
