Community Manager – The Evergrove at Crystal Village

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of The Evergrove at Crystal Village, leading the on‑site team to achieve financial and operational objectives while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve targeted revenue by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Monitor market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Solid financial acumen with ability to analyze budgets and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
