About the role

Frontier Auto Parts is seeking a senior bilingual Customer Service Representative to support its automotive parts customers in the Raleigh area. The role involves handling orders, addressing issues, and processing returns for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

Create orders for customers using the internal system.
Address customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Process returns and payments.
Work Monday‑Friday shifts (7:30 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6:30 pm); overtime over 40 hours is paid at 1.5×.

Required profile

Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
Reliable communicator with strong customer focus.
Proficient with computer order entry (data lookup, text entry, screen navigation).
Ability to pass a background check.
