Senior AI Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Lumenalta is looking for a Senior AI Fullstack Engineer who can bridge the gap between cutting‑edge AI solutions and robust full‑stack development. You will work remotely with enterprise clients, building secure, scalable applications that comply with HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, secure, and testable TypeScript code for both client‑side and server‑side components.
• Design modular, scalable architectures and implement efficient business logic.
• Develop and maintain RESTful, GraphQL, and WebSocket APIs.
• Build AI workflows, harnesses, and prompt‑engineering pipelines using TypeScript.
• Ensure privacy‑first AI pipelines that meet HIPAA guidelines, including data anonymization and encryption.
• Collaborate with visionary enterprise clients to deliver transformative digital products.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, SQL, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, zero‑retention APIs, and encrypted data handling.
• Hands‑on experience building AI tools, prompt‑debugging utilities, and custom AI harnesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, team‑oriented environment.
