Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting

We are seeking a Senior Accountant specialized in Financial Reporting to join a high‑growth, private‑equity backed company driving the global energy transition. Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post month‑end journal entries and accruals with proper documentation.
• Perform monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations and variance analyses across multiple entities.
• Manage intercompany transactions and month‑end balances for several subsidiaries.
• Assist in the monthly close process and support both internal and external financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Implement and improve accounting procedures by analyzing current processes.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and global teams to deliver timely and accurate reports.
• Support enhancements to accounting systems to align with GAAP and technical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• 1–3+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably from a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience with US and international subsidiaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial setting and aspires to grow into a leadership role.
