Vans is looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join the team at Tanger Outlets Palm Beach. In this fast‑paced retail environment you will be the face of the brand, delivering memorable shopping experiences and supporting the store during its busiest period.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with genuine, personalized service and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by modeling selling behaviors and meeting individual and team targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties, handle transactions accurately, and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and inclusive behavior guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and 0–1 year of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work peak‑season hours, including weekends.
