Seasonal Rower Operator – Harvest Support

About the role
The Rower Operator supports harvest operations by safely operating rower‑equipped tractors, preparing pumpkin fields and ensuring product quality. Working closely with the Rowing Supervisor and agricultural team, you will help execute daily field tasks efficiently during the harvest season.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily safety checks and operate a tractor with a rower attachment.
- Row pumpkin fields and support overall harvest operations.
- Clean and maintain equipment between fields and at the end of each day.
- Monitor field quality, removing debris and foreign material.
- Complete required daily and weekly documentation.
- Assist with additional agricultural activities such as test plots, equipment movement and housekeeping.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least one year of experience in agriculture or equipment operation (preferred).
Required skills
- Ability to operate agricultural tractors and equipment.
- Basic GPS and field navigation knowledge.
