Seasonal Retail Team Member – Cherry Creek

About the role

Join Skims as a Seasonal Team Member in Cherry Creek for the busy holiday period (Oct 5 2026 – Jan 23 2027). You will help deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, bring energy to every interaction, and support a fast‑paced retail environment. Availability on weekends, holidays and the required blackout dates is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly, provide personalized product knowledge, and create a premium brand experience.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized sales floor during peak traffic.
• Operate POS/MPOS systems accurately, handling transactions and ensuring a seamless checkout.
• Adapt quickly to changing store needs, stepping into different zones and supporting teammates.
• Embrace coaching, seek feedback, and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or a service‑oriented role.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a passion for helping others.
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, and lift items up to 40 lb.
• Enthusiasm for Skims products and brand values.
