About the role

Join skims as a Seasonal Team Member in Aventura and help deliver an exceptional store experience during the busiest time of year. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, bring energy to every customer interaction, and create personalized moments that reflect the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly, provide product knowledge on sizing and fit, and turn first‑time visitors into loyal shoppers.
• Maintain a premium brand feel using professional tone, refined selling behaviors, and elevated body language even during high‑traffic periods.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, clean, and organized while staying focused during peak hours.
• Adapt to different store zones, embrace coaching, and continuously seek feedback to improve performance.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or a service‑oriented environment.
• Passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask in a rapidly changing setting.
• Enthusiasm for skims products and brand values; not seeking influencer roles.
