About the role

As an Assistant Store Leader – Operations at SKIMS, you will partner closely with the Store Leader to keep the store running efficiently, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills while contributing to the growth of a leading fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily business operations with a focus on operational excellence, ensuring processes, systems, and standards are executed efficiently.
• Oversee Back of House operations, including shipments, inventory accuracy, and back‑room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, product availability, and flag concerns to leadership for real‑time solutions.
• Own damage processing, returns, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead floor activities during peak hours, model customer‑obsessed behaviors, and train the team on product knowledge and visual standards.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations‑focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and fast‑paced operational processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and ability to embody its values.
• Physical ability to stand, move, bend, and lift up to 40 lb throughout the shift, with open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
