Store Leader – Retail Management

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to drive the success of its Aventura location. In this role you will develop a high‑performing team, deliver an elevated customer experience, and manage all aspects of store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with a customer‑obsessed mindset, ensuring every team member creates a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience.
• Coach and develop team members in real time, maintaining high energy and authenticity during peak moments.
• Embed SKIMS mission and values throughout the store, educating staff on product expertise and brand storytelling.
• Oversee daily operations, visual execution, store standards, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity, adjusting strategies to drive sales and efficiency.
• Build schedules strategically, manage controllables, and make data‑driven decisions while staying customer‑first.
