Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

Clipboard is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to design, build, and maintain the systems that power its fast‑growing sales organization. You will work across Salesforce, data pipelines, automation, and internal tools, turning manual, repetitive tasks into scalable solutions that enable the sales team to focus on revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Own production systems such as account distribution, deal intelligence, competitor tracking, and data sync pipelines, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Translate ambiguous requests from reps, managers, and leadership into concrete, actionable solutions.
• Write specifications and prompts for AI agents, supervise their output, and perform rigorous quality checks before deployment.
• Develop scripts, scheduled jobs, Slack bots, and lightweight web apps to automate recurring workflows.
• Use SQL and other analytical tools to answer revenue‑related questions and create trusted reporting.
• Maintain data quality through merges, deduplication, account mapping, and enrichment at scale.

Required profile

• Proven experience building scripts, automations, tools, or systems that solve real business problems.
• Comfortable working with AI‑augmented workflows and understanding their limitations.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations, able to identify what matters and act decisively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
