About the role

Join the Atlanta Braves organization as a Sales Manager in North Port, FL, where you will drive corporate partnership sales, Lecom memberships, and gameday hospitality experiences. You will be the face of the Braves brand in the community, creating memorable fan experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Sell corporate partnerships, Lecom memberships, and gameday hospitality groups.
• Develop and produce the First Pitch souvenir program and spring‑training schedules, handling design, layout, copywriting, printing, and distribution.
• Create sales and marketing partnership decks and progress reports to track fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver partnership elements and produce year‑end performance proofs.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, identifying new partnership assets and revenue streams.
• Participate in professional groups and attend community events to cultivate new business relationships.
• Oversee the 50/50 sales team on game days, manage fund reconciliation, and ensure smooth distribution of promotional materials.
• Engage with hospitality areas, VIP guests, and fans to ensure a high‑quality experience.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and client‑relations experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for community networking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including game days and special events.
