Sales Manager – Global Systems Integrators

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on the world’s largest global systems integrators and consultancies. You will drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by building strategic customer relationships and go‑to‑market partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and retain Strategic Account Executives with deep partner and platform‑selling expertise, creating clear career paths.
• Codify use cases, proof points, reference stories, and repeatable sales motions across GSI partners, collaborating with Marketing, Enablement, and Partnerships.
• Engage directly with C‑level executives at GSIs and their enterprise clients, building business cases and navigating complex procurement, security, and legal processes.
• Own revenue targets and operating rhythm, instilling pipeline‑generation discipline, forecasting, deal inspection, and account planning.
• Partner with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate partner needs into product roadmap input.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional motions with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and cloud partners to deliver a seamless experience and represent Anthropic at industry events.

• Experience leading deployment of emerging AI products with global systems integrators.
• Comfort engaging C‑level executives and navigating complex procurement and legal processes.
• Strong leadership and consultative sales expertise.
