Sales Leader Enablement

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an experienced enablement professional to create and lead its Sales Leader Enablement program. The role sits within the GTM Productivity team and will design onboarding, training, and reinforcement programs that help sales managers ramp quickly, lead their teams effectively, and drive a consistent sales process across a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable onboarding and ongoing development program for sales leadership.
• Roll out and reinforce a unified sales methodology across the global sales team, securing executive sponsorship and defining expectations for each leadership level.
• Build reinforcement systems that embed methodology and process into manager coaching cadences, deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and forecasting.
• Define and measure leading indicators of manager and team effectiveness.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to deliver timely, tailored messaging, content, and training on new releases and evolving use cases.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on team productivity, coaching effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Leverage Claude and advanced technologies to deliver personalized, just‑in‑time training and scale the program beyond in‑person engagement.

Required profile

• Direct experience rolling out and reinforcing a sales methodology across a distributed sales team, including training managers to coach to it.
• Program management experience, including building enablement programs from the ground up in a fast‑growing, ambiguous environment.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering training or coaching in front of both managers and executives.
