About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to join a client’s outbound sales team serving the U.S. home‑services market. You will be the first point of contact, generating qualified consultations for a closing team that sells websites, local SEO, CRM automation, GoHighLevel software, AI development, and hosting solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute high‑volume multi‑channel outbound prospecting: 50‑70 cold calls per day, 100+ email touches, LinkedIn outreach, SMS, and Facebook group engagement.
  • Qualify prospects using BANT criteria and ensure only decision‑maker‑verified opportunities are booked.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline in GoHighLevel, tagging contacts by vertical, source, channel, and stage.
  • Book consultations directly into closers’ calendars and manage confirmation/reminder sequences to keep show rates above 70%.
  • Provide a concise pre‑call brief in the CRM for each appointment.
  • Submit daily activity logs and participate in weekly pipeline reviews to exceed KPIs.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of B2B cold outbound experience selling to U.S. small business owners.
  • Neutral or near‑neutral U.S. accent with professional written English.
  • Comfort making 50+ cold calls daily and handling rejection.
  • Self‑managed, KPI‑driven work style with a reliable home‑office setup (business‑class headset, 50+ Mbps internet, quiet workspace).
  • Bonus: experience selling to home‑services contractors or marketing/SaaS services.

Required skills

  • Cold calling and multi‑channel outreach.
  • BANT qualification methodology.
  • CRM proficiency – GoHighLevel (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, OpenPhone or Aircall.
