About the role
Job Duck is looking for a proactive Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for our US‑based clients. Working remotely on an EST schedule, you will build long‑term relationships, understand client goals, and align our solutions to drive satisfaction and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Support staff to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor account performance, identify improvement and expansion opportunities.
- Diagnose client challenges and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
- Act as the central coordination point between clients and internal teams.
- Drive client retention, identify risks, and address concerns proactively.
- Lead client meetings, onboarding sessions, and regular check‑ins.
- Maintain accurate documentation of notes, updates, risks, and opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
