Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Zegna, you will help turn every customer visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience in the Miami Design District. Working closely with Customer Advisors and the Store Manager, you will support daily retail operations and uphold the brand’s high standards of service and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate customer, product, and store information to the team to meet business needs.
• Update customer profiles, prepare gift packages, and organize appointments.
• Create and manage the calendar for confirmed client appointments.
• Pull and organize product for large‑scale appointments and keep POS and alteration stations stocked.
• Assist Customer Advisors by exploring customer preferences and occasions.
• Use iPad/iPod technology to deliver an integrated luxury experience.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy while following Zegna service policies.
• Enter orders in FIT when floor support is not required.
• Conduct onsite audits of physical inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Purchase packaging materials and support back‑of‑house shipping and receiving.
• Adhere to store operations, time‑and‑attendance, and attendance policies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iPad/iPod technology for retail applications.
• Experience using POS systems.
