About the role
The Director of Sales, LATAM & Travel Retail Americas drives commercial strategy, sales growth and brand expansion across Latin America and the Travel Retail channel. Based in Miami, the role reports to both the President of the Americas and the Head of Global Travel Retail.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales strategy for LATAM and Travel Retail in the Americas, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Lead commercial planning, forecasting, budgeting and demand planning, with full P&L responsibility for Mexico.
- Manage go‑to‑market models across subsidiaries, key accounts, distributors and travel retail operators, optimizing distribution and route‑to‑market.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop the regional team, including the Mexico City office, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Partner with the President of the Americas, Global Travel Retail head and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Operations) to align global strategy with local execution.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in sales or commercial roles within LATAM or Travel Retail.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing P&L.
- Experience leading multi‑country teams and coordinating with global headquarters.
