About the role

The Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and delivering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions. This position combines front‑line teller duties with proactive sales and service activities in a branch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking, lending, and investment advice to meet customer needs.
• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate products and partners.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and overall performance goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and fraud‑prevention standards.
• Support operational tasks such as custodianship, audits, and cash‑drawer balancing.
• Assist nearby branch locations when business needs arise.
