Sales Administrator

About the role

Moog is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Industrial Group’s sales operations. The role is hybrid, based in Christiansburg, VA, and involves managing customer accounts, contracts, and data across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research quotes, finalize them and load into the CRM system.
• Edit and enter contracts and orders into SAP.
• Manage, monitor, and fulfill daily incoming account inquiries for domestic and international customers.
• Organize and prioritize customer account requirements in line with production schedules.
• Collect data and prepare reports for internal and external submissions.
• Update customers on shipment status and participate in status calls.
• Partner with field sales personnel and primary customers to achieve sales objectives.
• Apply contract requirements and technical product knowledge for commercial and industrial markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
