About the role

Join Collaborative Robotics as a Robotics Data Collection Operator and play a key role in supporting AI data collection efforts, contributing directly to the development and improvement of next‑generation collaborative mobile robots.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and manage AI data collection processes to ensure accurate, high‑quality data is gathered across all setups.
• Learn from engineers across AI, software, test, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older; ideal for recent STEM graduates or students in STEM programs.
• Demonstrated interest in robotics, engineering, or data through school projects, clubs (e.g., FIRST, VEX, Science Olympiad) or personal hobby work.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with others.
• Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, collaborative startup environment as part of a small team.
• Able to work onsite in Seattle, WA for either the day shift (40 hrs/week) or evening shift (35 hrs/week) and have reliable transportation.
• Must have and maintain U.S. work authorization.
