About the role

The RN New Grad Resident Program for Fall 2026 offers recent registered nursing graduates an intensive, structured residency to transition into professional practice within a leading academic medical center. Participants will rotate through key clinical areas, receive mentorship, and engage in ongoing education to build competency and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of experienced nurses and physicians.
• Complete assigned clinical rotations in medical‑surgical, intensive care, and specialty units.
• Participate in daily hand‑offs, interdisciplinary rounds, and quality‑improvement projects.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record.
• Attend educational workshops, simulation labs, and mentorship meetings.

Required profile

• Recent graduate of an accredited RN program with a current Arkansas RN license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to the full residency duration beginning Fall 2026.

Required skills
