RN Manager – Primary Care & Concierge Medicine (M-F, No Weekends)

About the role

Private Medical is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead the nursing team at its Laurel Heights primary‑care practice in San Francisco. The role focuses on delivering personalized, relationship‑centered care in a concierge medicine setting, with a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule and no weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to RNs, MAs, and CPTs, fostering a culture of patient safety and excellence.
• Partner with physicians and site leadership on practice improvement, clinical workflows, and evidence‑based care.
• Oversee specialty areas such as gynecology, including policies, procedures, equipment, and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedural guidelines, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Develop and mentor nursing staff through coaching, feedback, and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with proven managerial experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and improve clinical processes.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and relationship‑centered practice.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with physicians and administrative leaders.
