Retail Store Supervisor – Gilroy, CA

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to lead its Gilroy Premium Outlets location. You will be a key member of the store management team, driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop store associates to improve performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, merchandising and visual standards.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all Levi’s policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible store hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle physical demands of the role.
