About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food following Wendy’s brand standards.

• Provide friendly service to guests and assist teammates as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and customers.
• Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift.
• Eagerness to learn and follow brand guidelines.
• Reliability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Operating restaurant equipment (register, grill, headset).
