About the role

We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist to join our night‑shift team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. The position offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and the opportunity to provide critical respiratory care to patients across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy services during night hours, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management.
• Assess patients’ respiratory status, perform arterial blood gas analysis, and document findings.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
• Maintain equipment, ensure infection control standards, and respond to emergencies.

Required profile

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
• Ability to work night shifts on a regular schedule.
